As humans we are not looking after the planet very well but we have a good God who we can turn to who can turn it around and also help us improve things. He has made an amazing planet and looks after it and us, he allows us free will but still helps bring good even though we have made bad decisions.  Nature is constantly being found to be helping us deal with problems we make eg fungi eating plastic. This to me shows God's goodness and his ability to look after the planet. God can reintroduce species and there are cases where species thought to be extinct are found again. If we do our bit in looking after the planet and repent for our part in causing damage we can expect to see this planet thrive although we are warned in the bible there will be more wars and natural disasters. This doesn't mean God doesn't care and want to help us be at peace and look after the planet. 

Why not charge what flying costs the environment and encourage rail more? Rail journeys should be subsidised while air should be charged what it costs the environment. How come it's far cheaper to fly than use rail for journeys between cities in countries or between neighbouring countries? 

I think house prices should be changed and mortgages got rid of. The word mortgage means death grip and it's mainly finance that does well out of it. In the 1970s the average house price was less than twice the average wage and we should go back to this. The year of jubilee in the bible talks about everyone going back to their families place every fifty years. The principle is you don't own anything permanently but only pay to use it within the fifty years period.  The verse talks about not taking advantage of anyone. We need to take these principles and apply them to have a fairer society. I think it should be affordable for someone on minimum wage to have their own place.
